The staff, especially Elena and Alessandra, are friendly, accommodating, and go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The hotel was well located in the city center close to all the major attractions, and it provided free Wi-Fi services. the staff was very accommodating and helped us with our luggage. We also enjoyed having a heater in the room as it was cold outside during our New Year's stay, and the room was cozy thanks to it.

The hotel was noisy during our stay, and we could hear sounds coming from the streets and the neighboring rooms all night long. The staff could also improve their communication skills to provide better customer service.

I was absolutely charmed by the owner of this quiet, well-located hotel. Despite arriving late, she greeted me warmly and showed great enthusiasm. She even offered to rent her car so I could easily visit Bassano del Grappa. The location is perfect, just a few minutes from the interesting parts of the city. The room was cozy, and there was a nice common room with free snacks and coffee. Although breakfast wasn't included, there were two nearby cafes where I could get a good breakfast at a reasonable price. I had a wonderful stay at Notti Sull'Adige and would definitely recommend it.
